  • Racial Healing in the Classroom: These interactive sessions promote racial healing and increases racial consciousness. The session dive into Harro’s Cycle of Socialization, cognitive dissonance, historical trauma, and healing-centered practices to equip educators with tools for inclusive teaching.

  • Equity Vertical Teams & Leadership Training: Support for school leaders to structure staff learning on race, identity, and equity while building sustainable models for peer coaching and reflection.

  • Affinity Group Development: Guidance on creating identity-affirming spaces for staff and students that foster belonging, self-respect, and retention.

  • Unconscious Bias Rubric & Coaching System: Custom development of tools and structures for staff to reflect on instructional practices and confront subconscious barriers to equity.
